Technical and scientific organization of ETM7

The objective is to integrate as much as possible the remote participants who cannot travel to ETM7 which takes place in Strasbourg.

Plenary activities: planned for the afternoons in Strasbourg (except the closing Saturday morning) with a hybrid operation for synchronous remote follow-up.

Group activities (themes and workshops): scheduled in Strasbourg in the mornings with asynchronous remote operation. All these remote activities will be organized and facilitated by a pole located in Valparaíso (Chile): remote people will connect to these working sessions (be aware of time differences depending on your time zone). Exchanges between ETM7 in Strasbourg and the remote pole are planned with a one-day time difference (the remote pole will therefore start its work on Sunday) and will be the subject of a later communication.
